As each tax return is unique, our rates vary depending on the nature of the work performed. If you are due a tax refund, we do not require any upfront costs for tax preparation as all costs and fees will be deducted directly from your tax refund.

Once we have EVERYTHING needed, your tax return will be reviewed and submit to the IRS within 2 business days.

Once your tax return has been approved with the IRS, you can expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days.

  • Valid Photo ID
  • Social Security Cards (including all dependents)
  • Dependent Information
  • W2 and/or 1099
  • Last Year's Tax Return
  • Childcare Expenses
  • Business Related Expenses
  • Any Other Tax Forms Received
  • Bank Information

Click on "File My Taxes" in the Menu bar, which will route you to the DGFS Tax Intake form. You will be able to fill out the necessary information and you can upload all required documents directly within the form.

We are able to e-file the most current tax year and the two prior tax years. This means for the 2026 tax season, we will be able to e-file 2025, 2024, and 2023. Please be advised fees and costs will be subject to each tax return individually.

Yes! If you owe the IRS we will do all we can, legally, to reduce the amount owed. Please be advised that payment will be required upfront, prior to submitting your tax return.
